Booth space is available, but will fill up fast. To be considered for a commercial vendor booth, you must submit an application. Download the 2021 Commercial Vendor PDF file, complete and return this application by July 1, 2021.

Items of note:
- $50.00 discount for commercial vendor booths paid in full by May 1, 2021
- 100% of rent due to hold spot with a signed lease agreement
- All commercial vendor booth fees must be paid in full by July 1, 2021
- Booth fees are NON REFUNDABLE!
- All commercial vendors must be set up by 10:00 PM on Tuesday, August 10th.
- Each commercial vendor agreement receives 32 admission tickets per contract, no exceptions
- Parking Passes will not be available this year. Free parking is available in the west dirt lot.
- ONLY OUTDOOR BOOTHS WILL BE AVAILABLE IN 2021

Items of note:
- Applications that are not completely filled out will not be accepted.
- A minimum $150 deposit will be due per location. $50 is refundable based on damages, equipment/supplies being returned, etc.
- Booth fees are NON REFUNDABLE!
- Lease agreements not paid in full by June 18th will be charged a $100 late fee.
Outdoor Expo Vendors
The Weber County Fair is extremely excited to announce that we will be hosting the first ever Outdoor Expo at the 2021 Fair! Get your last minute hunting or fishing needs before fall gets here. Please submit a completed lease agreement to be considered for the Outdoor Expo. Agreements returned after July 1, 2021 will not be considered.
